Included repairs on Complete and Ultimate begin on day 91. On scooters, cosmetic plastics, covers, shrouds and upholstery are excluded from every plan. Ultimate accidental-damage repairs apply to mechanical, structural, steering, suspension, operational and electrical parts—not cosmetic finishes. Where practical, we will try to repair excluded cosmetic parts using conventional repair methods.
Any Make · Any Age · Working When You Join
No age limit. Your equipment must be working before the plan starts. Use the private equipment check to upload a short working video and clear photos, give us a recent partner job, or request a free home assessment. You can complete this during signup or return later.
Repairs are charged at the normal public rate until two membership payments have been made. After the second payment, Basic receives 20% off and Complete and Ultimate receive 50% off. From day 91 onwards, eligible repairs are included on Complete and Ultimate, within the plan limits.
Battery replacement is excluded from the first service. On Complete and Ultimate, new batteries begin at the second annual service: every two years thereafter for stairlifts and every three years for scooters and powerchairs. On Basic, batteries are 20% off after two membership payments.
On Complete and Ultimate, if a fault can't be repaired because the parts can no longer be sourced, we replace your product with one of similar age and condition. The replacement has no warranty of its own, but for as long as your plan runs it's looked after under the plan exactly like the original.
Each product has its own plan and its own band, on one monthly bill. Tell us about every product when you request and we confirm the pricing in writing.
Multi-product pricing is confirmed in your written terms.
Join with their code for 20% off your first year, and we look after the shop's warranty for you: one warranty call-out per 12 months, labour included, the part supplied by the shop, within about 90 minutes of Dublin.
