What to Show in Your Video

Two minutes on a phone is plenty, and a family member can film it for you. Your private equipment-check form accepts a video and photos during signup or later. You can also use a recent partner job or request a free assessment visit.

About two minutes. Any phone will do.

Before You Press Record

Because on Complete and Ultimate we repair it at our cost from day 91, we need to see it working on the day you join. Three things make the video easy.

Two Minutes Is Plenty

One take, no editing. If you miss something, just film a second clip and send both.

Any Phone Will Do

Hold it sideways and keep the lights on. A family member, carer or neighbour can film it for you.

Talk Us Through It

Say what you're showing as you go, and mention anything that doesn't feel right. Our engineer watches every video.
